Step 1:
  • Unfasten tail cap and remove the battery holder.

Step 2:
  • Place the negative (-) end of the battery into the battery holder towards the spring. Install the remaining batteries into the holder in the same way.

Step 3:
  • After the battery holder has all the batteries, insert the battery holder into the flashlight following the direction of the arrow on the battery holder.

Step 4:
  • Fasten the tail cap and press the on button.

Warnings

  1. Using rechargeable or lithium-ion batteries can pose a risk of fire or explosion. We strongly advise using only AA alkaline batteries from a trusted brand (Do NOT use AA rechargeable batteries).
  2. Do not combine different brands or types of batteries in the same flashlight. Replace all batteries together.
  3. Ignoring safety guidelines may lead to personal injury and property damage.

Troubleshooting

Picture
If your flashlight flickers, works intermittently, or won't turn on, check the following:
  • Ensure each battery is correctly inserted with the proper polarity (+/-).
  • Confirm each battery end makes contact with the metal connectors in the holder.
  • Check that the battery holder's contacts are clean and the springs are not bent.
  • Verify the inner spring of the flashlight is secure and not bent.
  • Make sure the battery holder is inserted in the correct direction, as indicated by the arrow.
  • Tighten the tail cap securely.

Try pressing the power button firmly several times:
  • If the flashlight still doesn’t work, replace the batteries.
  • If the issue continues, reach out to our team for a replacement using the contact form below.
